Application for Rental of Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club 602 N. Ennis Street, Fuquay-Varina NC 27526 PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE INFORMATION BELOW, AND ATTACHED RENTAL GUIDELINES: Upon receipt and conditional approval of this Application, the Club will email a Rental Agreement for signature. The event is not approved and the Club is not reserved until both this Application and the Rental Agreement have been received, fully executed (including signatures of the Club to the Rental Agreement) and the Security Deposit has been received by the Club. If the Application is not approved by the Club, the Security Deposit will be returned. The Security Deposit is refundable except in the event of property damage or failure to abide by the Rental Agreement. Cancellation and Security Deposit policies are further described in the Rental Agreement. The Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any rental application request for any reason permitted by law. Reasons for non-acceptance may include but are not limited to: previous violations of the Rental Agreement; safety or security concerns; or conflicts with the Club’s mission and scheduling needs. By signing below, the undersigned certifies that he/she has fully read and understand this application and the Rental Agreement. The undersigned acknowledges that submission of this application and the Rental Agreement does not constitute a confirmed reservation until the Club signs the Rental Agreement. (revised 10/2026)

  • Requested date and time option (Full day 9 AM–9 PM · Half day 9 AM–2:30 PM · Half day 3:30–9 PM · Weekday 3-hour)
  • Person responsible for use and condition: name, address, cell phone, email
  • Purpose of event and number of attendees
  • “I have read the application and rental documents” confirmation

The application, Rental Agreement and Rental Guidelines are the club’s approved documents. Availability and all reservations are subject to club approval.
