GFWC Fuquay-Varina Woman's Club 2016 HOBY scholarship recipientThe GFWC Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club is very proud to announce the scholarship recipient for the 2016 school year:

Isabella Underhill received the HOBY scholarship (Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Foundation) for a  3 day seminar on leadership for sophomores held at NC State University (NCSU) in June for one student per high school.

Education Community Service Program members Dot Mays and Shirley Simmons work with area schools to share information about the annual scholarship
