Join us on Saturday, January 23rd and Sunday, January 24th from 1pm-4pm at the Windsor Point Auditorium located at 1221 Broad Street in Fuquay-Varina as we showcase Art & Literature entries from area school children and community members.
The 2016 Fuquay-Varina Arts Festival, sponsored by the Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club and Fuquay-Varina Junior Woman’s Club, will showcase more than 300 works of art and literature.
Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club Arts Department who organized this years event includes: Anna Campbell, Fran Braggs, Vickie Cardin, Vicki Currin, Amy Massengill, Nancy Randolph, Jeanette Castro, Claudia Siemenski, Shirley Simmons, Terry Ellis and Martha Smallwood.
Area student and club women art festival winners will be eligible to compete in the GFWC-NC District VI Arts Festival at First Baptist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina in February.
