The Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club is the oldest civic organization in Fuquay-Varina and was organized in 1926 and federated in 1927. We are a member of the District VI of the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs of North Carolina, Inc. (GFWC-NC)
Today the members of the Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club will be celebrating their members triumphs and accomplishments. Club members will be honoring the memory of members who have passed on from this life, and they will be welcoming new members to the fold.
Every year the women of Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club encourage their members to support local organizations, schools, hobbies, and activities. Every year they showcase the efforts of community members who have served others and made a positive impact of the lives around them.
This evening at Shoppes on Main in downtown Fuquay-Varina, the ladies will once more celebrate life and the opportunities they each have to bring joy and happiness to their community.
I am interested in the Fuquay Varina Women’s Club. Do I have to be invited or can I just show up at a meeting?
